CEO and Founder
As Co-Founder and CEO of Dalos, I am passionate and committed to changing the way companies work by creating a data-driven culture that will promote a higher profit return and maximize client retention. The Dalos vision and strategy are the result of over eighteen years of proven experience in Business Consulting, Service Delivery Management, Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations domains.
Director of Client Experience
As Director of Client Experience, I am focused on making sure Dalos is intuitive and easy-to-use and getting help is not complicated. Having helped customers make the most of technology services for 20+ years, I have often witnessed processes that are designed to make the job easier for the service provider rather than the end-user. I believe the opposite focus is paramount in order to retain customers.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, I lead product development, driving technology strategy and execution, delivering growth and innovation. I led the development of multi-million dollars of cutting-edge SaaS products using data analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Cloud, and IoT. I am passionate about changing the world (by helping solve big problems), challenging the status quo, and disrupting industries.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO Advisor & Strategy Consultant, I lead all finance and accounting functions with best in class SaaS practices. I also advise on the strategic vision of the company to drive a profitable growth path. I have worked in big corporations for the 1st half of my career before making the move to tech startups where I developed my skill set to drive key benchmarks and objectives. After a 2 year stint at PwC in their consulting practice, I came back to the tech world to add my knowledge of both big corporations and SaaS based business to help Dalos be aligned for success.
